Aloha! I’m Nani, founder of Aloha and Mahalo Concierge.

For 29 years, I have had the privilege of working in Hawaiʻi’s hospitality industry, and one of the things I have always enjoyed most is helping visitors make the most of their time on the Big Island.

My approach has always been simple: listen first.

Rather than simply suggesting an activity, I like to ask, “What do you want to experience while you’re here?” Your time, interests, schedule, and budget all matter. My goal is to help you find activities that fit naturally into your itinerary and create experiences that are meaningful to you.

Aloha and Mahalo Concierge grew from my desire to return to something I have always loved—helping people discover and enjoy the Big Island while providing the personal care and genuine hospitality that have guided me throughout my career.
